Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor from the United States. She was born on June 13, 1962. After her debut on film during 1983's Bad Boys she became known for her role in the Brat Pack actors and starred on the screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award in 1998 for the best female lead. The reason for this was her role as Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Sheedy is an American actor and a writer. In the early 80s, she made her debut as a film actress with the action film Bad Boys. She was very well-received in this film. The film which was directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. In the following film after her debut She was in 1985's comedy-drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film, produced by him, was one of the greatest films from high school in history. The film cost only $1,000,000 but it grossed more than $50 million. As she worked on the show, her debut on television came in the form of CBS Schoolbreak. Since April, 1980, the show was an adolescent-oriented show. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are among the other series in where she's been featured. Her most recent appearances include Little Sister, a film about a super hero in which Sheedy plays an appearance in a minor role. Sheedy, for her incredible appearances, was awarded numerous prizes. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Award's Gold Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
